Fed: Committee fails to find culture of violence in army =4

Prime Minister John Howard said he was delighted with the parliamentary committee's findings.

"You will always get some unacceptable behaviour in a large organisation, no matter
what it is," Mr Howard told reporters in Perth.

"But the sugestion that there was some systematic culture was always wrong in my view
and I'm just very pleased for the men and women of the ADF that that finding has been
made."
