THE LOWDOWN

USF returns to a little bit of regularity on Tuesday as it faces Seton Hall ... The meeting comes on the heels of a nine-game stretch - which started on Dec. 18 at UNLV - that saw seven of those contest's played away from the Sun Dome ... Beginning with the Pirates, USF will play two of the next three games at home ... Andrea Smith continues to lead the Bulls in scoring averaging 16.5 points per game on the year ... Andrell Smith and Porche Grant are second and third on the team in scoring averaging 7.7 and 7.4 points per game respectively ... Grant also leads the team - and the BIG EAST - in rebounding grabbing 10.1 boards per game.

THE SERIES VS. SETON HALL

Tuesday marks the eighth meeting all-time between USF and Seton Hall with the Bulls holding a 6-1 series lead ... It will be just the fourth meeting all-time between the two schools at the Sun Dome with the Bulls holding a perfect 3-0 record on their home floor against the Pirates ... USF has won six straight games against Seton Hall since its only loss in the series, a 55-52 setback on Dec. 6, 1991 ... The Bulls won their last meeting with the Pirates, 53-38, on Feb. 13, 2010 at Walsh Gymnasium in New Jersey.

A LOOK AT THE PIRATES

Seton Hall comes into tonight's game in the midst of a five-game losing streak and have also dropped eight of its last 10 games... The Pirates are led by Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame member Anne Donovan, one of the most decorated players in the women's game ... Seton Hall is coming off a 77-59 loss at DePaul on Saturday night ... Kandice Green led the way for the Pirates against the Blue Demons with 20 points, while Jasmine Crew and Brittany Morris each added 11 points apiece ... Morris also had seven rebounds in the loss ... Green is one of two players on the roster scoring in double figures, pacing the team at 11.9 points per game ... Crew is second netting 10.4 points per outing ... Green also leads the team in rebounding grabbing 8.4 boards per contest.

LAST TIME OUT

The Bulls are coming off a tough 78-52 loss to No. 9/9 West Virginia on Saturday afternoon in Morgantown ... The loss was USF's seventh consecutive ... Andrea Smith paced the way with 16 points while twin sister Andrell added 12 points in the loss ... Porche Grant grabbed a game-high nine rebounds.

A LOOK AHEAD

Following tonight's game with Seton Hall the Bulls will return to the road as they travel to Central New York to face Syracuse on Jan. 29 at 1 p.m. in the Carrier Dome ... USF will return home on Saturday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. when it butts heads with Notre Dame.
