NSW: Strike delays bail applications by Comancheros

Bail applications by three Comancheros bikies charged over a fatal brawl at Sydney
airport have been deferred due to a strike by New South Wales prison officers.

In Sydney's Central Local Court .. Magistrate DAVID ARMATI said he was concerned it
would be unjust to hear the applications if the men couldn't appear in person or via videolink.

He's listed the matters as a priority for next week.

FRANK LA ROSA .. USAMA POTRUS and FARRES ABOUNADER were due to face court .. over the
bikie brawl in March .. in which ANTHONY ZERVAS died.
